This place is called Mappen Ramen Bar. This is located at Shop 11, Skyview Shopping Plaza, 537-551 George Street, CBD, Sydney. This was one of the two recommended dishes: Tonkotsu Udon, and Bukkake Kimchi. I chose Tonkotsu Udon. This was around $10-13 dollars for any dish of udon and if you want a side dish, it cost around $3-5 dollars. You absolutely have to visit this place once in your life because the food is nice; it smelled pretty fresh. You can be fully filled with traditional Japanese food flavour, and taste the flavourful broth and the beef and a completely creamy of a soft-boiled egg yolk. In addition, you could end up a wonderful meal for lunch or dinner with a cup of matcha or chocolate frappuccino. I definitely recommend you to try this combo once in your life.
